weight loss

after 45 minutes of consistent jogging at 5mph. How long is my metabolic rate raised. I have heard that it is raised for up to 2 hours after cardio.
 
well it all depends on how hard you push yourself. but yes up to 2 hours is about right. weight lifting can do it for up to 8 hours. :)
