i just wanted to let everyone know that with my diet plan i just got back on i am losing weight and looking slimmer...and no im not cheating with any snacks at all im all good n clean
....but to everyone who told me to run i can only power walk and i do that for over 2 miles...im working myself back up to running...then the 2 miles + the days i work. Im a dishwasher and its kinda a hard job carrying really heavy dishes back n forth alot of calorie burning there
