Weight Loss Workout (Rate Please)

So let's start.

I am 18 year old guy, my height is 5'11" and my weight is 195lb and my goal is to lose at least 15 to 20lb more. I'm not "inactive", I play basketball or tennis, once or twice a week or I go swimming, basically I'm not always in my house sitting down. I have what I want to call a decent workout which I do 5 to 7 times a week if I can find time on Mondays and Fridays to exercise. I don't live close or can afford a gym, so everything I do is in my house.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

- 30 to 45 minutes Jumping Rope

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (this is what I need help with)

Warm up - 5 - 10mins (jump rope)

x100 jumps

x20 jump squats

x100 jumps

x20 decline push ups

x100 jumps

x50 crunches

x100 jumps

x20 leg raises, lying

x100 jumps

x20 split squat jumps (10 p/l)

x100 jumps

x20 mountain climbers

x100 jumps

x10 burpees

x100 jumps

x10 biceps (2 sets/dumbbells)

x100 jumps

x10 triceps (2 sets/dumbbells)

cool down - 5 mins (jump rope)

I've increased the amount of push ups, burpees, etc since I started all this (2 weeks ago I could only do 10 decline push ups)

So will this, with diet (I eat healthy when they don't cook greasy foods in my house and If i eat out at night i order salad, seafood or white meat, depending on what my lunch was), get me my 20lb loss I'm looking for?

Jump Rope 2mins

x30s jump squats

x30s push ups

x30s split jumps

x30s floor leg raises

x30s crunches

x30s floor oblique twist

x30s mountain climbers

x30s burpees

x30s knee-yo-face

Jump rope 2mins

Rest 2mins and repeat
