Hi Im 15 weighing 210 lbs, 5'7" I might've gained some weight since this summer seeing as how I diligantly attended the my local gym for 5 days a week on average from June-August since school was out, and from the fall til now I've just been too busy with school work. Now that the winter is here I want to get into a work out routine again. During the summer for a 210 pound kid I ran 1 mile in 7.5 minutes on a treadmill everyday for a warmup, walked a mile for another warm up I guess and I did lifting such as benching squats and I used the machines as well. I'm Afraid that I'm losing all that I worked for over the summer and I want to get back in an active routine again. Because my area is covered with 70 feet of snow, and I can't drive, not to mention I don't have a treadmill or anything, can anyone suggest ways I can do rigourous Cardio workouts and Strength fittness under these circumstances? so far all I can do at home is 3 sets of 40 push-ups sometimes 50, 2 sets of 40 sit-ups. and a set of 30 of weightless squats (if that even helps at all)
