Your questions scares me a little. You say you're training your mom and uncle, but are you qualified to do that? Do you know what exercises they can do and not injure themselves. I'm assuming they're older and you're talking about bear crawls. I've done bears crawls before--in high school for wrestling practice. Do you really think a 50+ year old can do this type of training?
First and foremost, since they're older, make sure to clear it with their doctor. Once they're clear, take an assessment of their physical condition. Do they have any injuries you need to worry about? What are their weak points?
Just be careful when training older people as they are more susceptible to injury. Take it slow at first, even if they're eager to proceed. It's for their own safety and well being.
