Hey,
i am 16 year old and my heigh is 5feet 10 inch weight around 215 to 220pounds i want to loose weight i mostly have belly fat. please give me a good diet that will help me lose weight i would prefer a vege diet. also i have a question i have a bicycle which i never used should i join a gym or 30 minute of bicycle is fine everyday.
