Stopped Losing Weight...?
Hello,
I eat the same meals day as I don't get bored of food and it is easy to keep track of the monthly cost and food does not get wasted. I have taken care of the nutrition. Only nutrient I lack is Omega 3 which I was going to add when I lose the weight.
cycle for 1 hour a day at an average of 12/mph, 4 miles in 20 minutes. I am 5' 10" 22 year old male. Medium Build.
Vegan, diet...
Swiss Muesli - Oats, Soy Milk, Maple Syrup, Hazelnuts, Apple, Alpro Vanilla Yogurt
Sandwiches - 4 slices Wholemeal Bread, 25g Vitalite, 60g cucumber, 1 tomato, table salt
Lunch - 290g Potato mashed, 1/2 tin Baked Beans, 100g Okra, 200g Mixed Veg, Table Salt
Snack & Drink - 2 Clementine, 1 Banana, 30g Almonds, 500ml Soy Milk
& 3L + of water a day.
correct diet contains...
around 2000kcal
65g Total Fat, 10.5g saturated, 0g trans far, 0g cholesterol.
(I took that RDA max recommended bad fats from the total Fat RDA)
So I lost 2 stone & 1/4 of a pound in 31 days. I have completely stopped losing weight after that, and it has been about a week..
I would understand if it slowed down , but I completely stopped losing weight after week 4.
If i cut down calories or fat i wouldn't be getting enough
