Exercise and Muscle Building

Exercise builds muscle. Muscle Burns Fat.

Exercising for extended periods each day doesn't give
the muscles time to recouperate and improve.

Exercise a targeted muscle groups for a short time then
rest for a day and exersise a different set of musles the 3rd day.

Follow this pateren for five different muscle goups. When
you have rotated through the 5 sets the first group has
recouperated and strengthend. Then start the routine again.
 
nothing about changing how you eat? exercise is good but to lose weight you have to adjust your calorie intake.
