Weight loss routine- right direction?

Hello,


Currently im dieting and using xedra cut- xt diet supplement pills, im 196lb and 6.0ft, im trying to reach 182lb by march the 25th, this is my training routine.


Monday - 7:00am - Swimming for 40 minutes, 50+ lengths, every length is 25meters,

12:00pm - Ill do cardio, 15 minute running on the treadmill at 10 speed

10 minute on the cross trainer

10 minute on the bike

10 minute fat burn at 6,5 speed on the treadmill.

7pm- Ill do weight lifting, ill do chest and triceps,


tbe ill repeat this routine for tuesday but with a change on muscles used for lifting for example ill do back and bieceps., day off wednesday, repeat on thursday, friday, ill do cardio friday and no lifting, then the full routine on sunday again.


Am i heading in the right direction on achieving my weight loss of a stone by march 25'th?
 
Sorry but that didnt answer my question, im on a very low carb diet and eating up to 1700 calories a day, am i heading in the right direction except the diet pills?
