Hello again fellow fat-fighters!
If you remember I posted this thread a couple of weeks ago showing how I shed just over six stone in weight throughout the course of a very fitness heavy year: http://weight-loss.fitness.com/t/53792/before-after-18-to-12-stones-pics-included
Well, since shedding all that baggage I have been attending University and have succumbed to all it’s trappings such as fast-food and late nights sat on my arse playing video games, watching movies or subjecting my self to Family Guy for the 100000th time…..sorry body.
Anyway to cut a long story short, I’ve gone from this:[/b]
To this:[/b]
Now in order to change my ways and hopefully my body I have acquired the following tools.
My own motorised treadmill:[/b]
[/b]
A weights bench:[/b]
And lots of food, water and protein shakes!![/b]
Over the coming weeks I’ll be getting back into the same rigorous fitness program that shaped me before, and I shall update this new thread with my progress (statistics and pictures).
I know this is not the biggest amount of weight to be shed on these forums but feel free to follow my journey as I too shall be following yours.
Everyone on here has been such a great inspiration to me throughout these past few years.
Thank you all.
Mike.
UPDATE (27/5/2012)
Hey guys and gals, sorry for the lack of updates but University has been riding me......
But! I have now finished and it is for this reason that the past three weeks have been pretty open for weight training.
So, three weeks of lifting and here are my updated pics in comparison to the ones above.
I'm starting to see a couple of little differences, most of all in my chest and shoulders gaining size. My belly is still intact but I guess that's due to lack of cardio and shite diet haha.
Just need to keep on building and add a little more activity into my days plus better food.
I've also decided to pursue a personal trainer career and wish to train my body toward that lifestyle.
Hopefully I can help others like so many on here helped me!
