I'm building out my links section on my website and was interested to hear links that you, the members, use on a continual basis for reference. Anything that you've found helpful really with regards to training, weight loss, etc.
Here are a few I have probably got the most help from here and rosstraining.com but I figure that might be competition) here are a couple I don't see thrown around here too often though.
I have cooking light on there now, I'm not sure if I have the first one or not... I'll add it to the list. So far I only have the links from my favorites list on my work computer on the site... I still have to go through my 3 computers at home.
Conversion calculators are always good. I'm finding more and more how packagers use metric and English units to confuse things. This weekend I bought a pack or cashews that weighed 2.75 oz. but the serving size was in grams. No servings per package or anything. I didn't have a calculator with me, but it would have been nice to know as I'm eating it, what IT is. I use this one:
While far to cerebral for most - occassionally I've seen some good articles -or i've seen references to the original journal article in other articles: Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism
Thanks everyone... some of these I know of others I don't. I'll have to do some research before I put any of them up on the site. The journal sites I have... I'm not sure I'll put them up or not. Some of the other ones seem interesting.
A conversion calc is a great idea... if anyone knows of a good one please pass it along.
