Hello, I would love to discuss with you some of mine own experience and how I lost my own 17 kg. Initially I lost 10kg within 3 months and after that I steadily lose weight every 2-3 months while I put a some muscle mass.

Just to get to know me I love to read books on human psychology, behavior, neuroscience and some more new age stuff like mindfulness without being so spiritual my self. I just find some eastern philosophies being great to achieve meaningfully change and great mindset.

If you that my experiences could somehow help you feel free to ask me whatever you want.
