Now I don't normally do these type of post but yesterday I saw a post detailing "how hard it is to lose weight even when you're following a weight loss program". As someone whose very much in shape now, I truly understand the frustration and discouragement that some people face when they can't seem to reach their weight goal but in my opinion, if you're just starting out, I wouldn't recommend jumping straight into a weight loss program and trying to find that shortcut to lose weight faster. I tried it, other people I know tried it and it didn't work for them either. When I was 245 pounds, I wished I could be able to reach 130 (my current weight) in just 2 months, that would be ideal and scary but stuff like that don't happen. Losing weight is a process and you're going to face some struggles and feel drained and might feel discourage but again it's a process and you just got to keep going. It took me 1 year and 7 months to lose 100 pounds and I was fine with that time period. Although, the reason it took me that long was because I had two kids during that 1 year and a half, and if you're someone that's trying to lose weight but got pregnant, you'll know it takes time to lose those extra baby weight.
But anyways During my journey, I came across Swann Miller's "Red Smoothie Detox Factor" from a friend who referred it to me and my overall review on it is actually good. I'd recommend it to alot of people trying to lose weight. I wouldn't necessarily call it a weight loss program but it was something that I was following during my journey and it helped me and others I know alot when it comes to losing weight and I still use it till this day to keep me fit. Don't want to spill the beans on it, I'll let Swann Miller show you what it is --> http://******/28ZJ8CC
