im not keeping count of my calories im just trying not to eat fatty foods, the only thing im having besdies these foods is

water, pure fruit smoothies, bananas apples and oranges, with the occasional slice of bread

sometimes at work i'll have a chicken salad

p.s. cheers for the reply!!

This is very simular to my regime so would be intresting to see what people think of this. Is it pretty low cal's I think but thing is with mine I don't have the urge to eat anything else despite it probably adding up to below 1000 cals

i have to agree with jaysm2, ive been following this regime for around two weeks, im no expert on carbs or calories or whatever it all is, i figured a low fat diet, with good proper food, a more active lifestyle would be the key to fitness

just my personal opinion, the cravings to go and shuv a pizza down my neck are there, but the willpower is stronger

anyone care to let me know of some other foods i can eat, because as you can see, my diet is pretty limited, the other things bothering me is my chest and abs area, i have a little belly {not huge} that i want desperately to shift by July 15th, and i want to know from you guys

wether this regime will do this in the time period i have

many thanks!!!!:rotflmao:

Yeah, with all the exercise you are doing, you may want to allow yourself more calories throughout the day. Especially if you're a guy.

It's awesome that you're choosing healthy foods. Be sure that there's never a time when you are physically hungry or you leave the table unsatisfied. If you want more food, eat it, as long as it's a healthy choice like whole grains, fruit/veggie, or lean meat like chicken.

It's worked for me so far. But are you even overweight? 168 is pretty typical of a 5'11" frame.
