Weight Loss... Muscle Gain - Help Please

Hey,

Ok, I'm 20 and over the last few years I've put on a fair bit of weight. I'm now at 218lbs and my height is 5ft 9 & I'm large frame. My current BMI is a scary 32, I want to try and get down to 154lbs (BMI 23).

Whilst losing weight though, I'd like to try and gain more muscle. I've got a fair amount of muscle in my legs and on my stomach already, you just can't see it! Need to gain some on my arms though. But I'd like to try and look in decent shape by August / September :)

So bascially, I need your help, what would be the best way for me to lose weight & gain muscle? Any supplements etc?

Well you can't gain and lose at the same time. In order to gain large amount of muscle, you need the proper items in your body (that is excess cals which isn't for weight lost). But you can tone and gain *some* (that is very small) amount of muscle, which might play nice into the ones you already have.
