Timing of exercise is debated, with some saying it doesn't matter, some saying it does (a.m. exercise helps increase energy for the day, p.m. exercise can affect proper rest...)

Personally, if the absolute only time you can exercise is in the evening, I would say it's better than not exercising at all. However, if you can move it away from bed time, that wouldn't be a bad idea.

What type of equipment do you have to work with? You can do a lot with some very basic stuff that doesn't take up a lot of room (exercise ball, medicine ball, dumbells, barbells, bench).

Health on the same level as your education. I also have an issue of eating a lot when I work - it's a really bad habit - especially if I'm stressed. I went through 5 granola bars by the time I got done studying for my international studies exam last Tuesday (>600 calories). But I've made sure to give me plenty of time for my exercises, and my homework. On top of that I also juggle a job to pay for everything *sigh*. Everyday is a 12 hour day for me, but I don't experience a lot of stress, so it all works out.
