Hello, new here, I just have one question so I will get straight to it.
So we all know of dussins of weight loss methods, good and bad. Some more extreme then others like starvation. I know starvation sounds crazy.
But what if, hypotheticly, one does that, starves themself. Only eats like a handful of rice a day and drinks only water. Say they do that for a week. Firstly Im curios what will the body go after first when there is no food in the stomach. The fat or muscle tissue?
Secondly lets say that this person trains while doing this. Not much because eating that little while training will leave you with very little energy. But anyways, the person in question trains to keep all muscles but also to develop more.
So what will be the end result if the person in question eats that little for say 1-2 weeks while training some everyday?
Is it so easy to say that the body takes the fat because there is very little or no food in the stomach and more muscles will be there because the person trained through this period? So the amount of fat will go down and the amount of muscle up. Would that really be the end result?
Lastly, the metabolism, will it really go down? Hypotheticly the person in question is still eating, less but still. So when the person in question decides to end this diet they will slowly increase their food intake.
But will you really gain more weight and fast once you start eating normally again? Normally but with healthier food.
Remember this is just hypotheticly.
