How can I incorporate all three?
I currently eat a lot of salads, homemade wholegrain meals (lasagne, pasta etc), fruit, porridge etc and not very much (if any) chocolates, crisps etc
I find that often I get hungry possibly because I am not eating enough to support my training but then the goal of weight loss is sacrificed
- I weigh around 85kg but last time I was measured I had 16% body fat. I want to reduce this to ~12%
- I am quite muscular in the legs, arms, chest and back but have stopped doing weights on Arms, Chest and Back now with a focus on Abs and Legs
- I have found that my weight fluctuates between 82kg and 86kg
- I can run the following distances in the times:
- 5km in 20 minutes
- 10km in <45 minutes
- 20km in 1 hour 30 minutes
- 28km in ~2 hour 20 minutes
