I've been dieting and working out for a month now and even though I've lost weight I haven't seen any change on my body but everyone tells me that I've lost a lot of weight in my face... is that typically where you start losing weight?
hmmm good question i think its just a matter of genetics and where your body tends to loose weight first.plus your face is a smaller area that probably doesnt have as much fat, so you would notice the loss there faster than you might on your legs,butt or belly.
