Weight Loss! - I am tired

There are so many supplements, so many workout techniques, so much new revelations in losing weight each day. So what is it that substantiates the process? I'm here to get some quick tips and to share my own experiences too!

I tried a lot of things... so ok and some were bad :/ Then about 2 months ago I just said you know what.... no more stress... if I lose the pounds I will and no more pressure on myself.. and I put a lot on,
I let go of my crazy thoughts and in 2 months I lost 25pounds! It was great! I have a very long way to go... but for me being relaxed about it is what works. I try to walk every day (30 minutes) and I eat all my meals but I make sure one is salad... plus I stopped snacking at night.

I hope this holds up for me... I wish all the ppl with their journey the best!
 
Moderate calorie restriction and exercise. Both of these together are usually the healthiest way to lose weight. All those gimmicks out there are created for the company to make a profit. They may help you lose weight in the short term, but rarely for the long term.
