I tried a lot of things... so ok and some were bad :/ Then about 2 months ago I just said you know what.... no more stress... if I lose the pounds I will and no more pressure on myself.. and I put a lot on,
I let go of my crazy thoughts and in 2 months I lost 25pounds! It was great! I have a very long way to go... but for me being relaxed about it is what works. I try to walk every day (30 minutes) and I eat all my meals but I make sure one is salad... plus I stopped snacking at night.
I hope this holds up for me... I wish all the ppl with their journey the best!
