Weight loss help

Problem

I am a teenager 13 years old. I am 5,7". I weigh 230 pounds exactly and I'm not exactly happy with that number. I do not have access to any kind of supplement, gym, or personal body trainer. I have to work in school into my diet/workouts as well. This is a hassle. I forgot to mention that I do have a stationary bicycle and a workout machine.(Will put everything it does if needed)

Time trouble

I have a limit to the time that I can workout. I can only workout:
in the mornings 7:00-7:45,
in the evenings 4:00-9:00.
My bedtime is 10:00. I also have to manage in my chores, homework, and personal hygiene into my schedule. How am I going to do this?

Other

Obviously, since I am under my parents supervision, it will be hard to make meals myself. Our family normally eats together and we don't always eat what is best for us. Also at school we are pretty much served slop that they say is good for us. But it is normally not even fully cooked. They tried to pass a frozen (Literally, there was ice on it) ham sandwich off as something edible. They serve chunks of beef that are practically still bleeding. Its disgusting and obviously not healthy. But alas, I feel forced to eat this because we are under the free lunch program. I need a lunch that is good for me that I can bring to school that is still good served cold/cool.

Basically

These are my problems
  1. I am over my desired weight,
  2. I cannot use any pills (except vitamins) to help
  3. My time is limited severely,
  4. I need a good workout program
  5. I need edible food that can be made easily and cheaply

Can someone help? Maybe a schedule that fits in here, food that I can bring to school and that's healthy for me, or anything else that can help me out in the situation.

Have you talked to your parents about this? If they're eating unhealthy food you can inform them about your weight loss goal and perhaps they can join in with healthier food choices? Also, pack a sandwich or a wrap made with whole wheat bread and bring that to school. When I was in high school the cafeteria was very similar to yours. You'll just have to bring your own lunch to school. Tuna, chicken, peanut butter, and turkey are all portable things that can be thrown between bread with some veggies and maybe an apple or other fruit on the side and brought to school.

Can you walk to school? That would be an easy way to get some extra exercise into your day. What kind of equipment do you have at home for strength training?

1. I plan to today.
2. I suppose. I like peanut butter, tuna, and other sandwiches. And yeah, the food is awful. And we have bananas and apples. Maybe I could bring a salad...
3. Cannot walk to school, parents would not let. We live on a busy road and she is protective.
4. I have a stationary bike that can magnetically add resistance. So That would be good for cardiovascular exercises. I also have a Workout machine that is useful. And I think (Not sure, doubtful) that we have some weights and dumbbells.

You have plenty of time. I workout at 5:30 AM because of the rest of my life's schedule. It gets my day started in a terrific way. I am pumped and ready to take on the world by 6:30 AM. So, you could try mornings, or fit it in after 4:00 PM, whatever works best for you.

As far as school lunches, I am surprised they are serving you meat that is still bleeding. I would have paid double for that. When I went, they cooked everything until it was like shoe leather.

Yeah, I suppose that could work. So what about a schedule?

I think that at such a young age weight training isn't necessary.

My advice would be, cut out any snacks you might have, replace them with something healthy like fruit, and just alter your eating habits into something healthier, there is no need to cut into your education for health issues at such a young age.

I understand where you are coming from, but I would really like it if I did not have a roll of fat under my shirt. It's disgusting if you ask me. Its my fault its there and I want to fix it while I can, before things get worse. You may not understand, but I want to get rid of the fat and become strong.

I don't get to participate in many things because of my weight. I am a horrible sports player as well. To be able to do things a normal teenager does, I need to drop the pounds and get some muscle.

Once again, can someone help with a schedule?

Hi.
nice sharing keep it up.to reduce weight one should exercise daily and regularly also pay attention to diet and include protein shakes in diet which helps in burning of fats...
regards.
