Hi, Im 20 years old and im about 50 lbs overweight and i want to lose it and im eating alot better then normal. I usually would eat 2-3 Big meals a day and eat fast food alot. I would work and go to class then just eat from whatever fast food places with my buddies but i have cut that out now that im on my quest, I'm just wondering should i see improvements ? Im eating 4-5 smaller meals, Im drinking alot of water and im no longer eating fast foods. Shouldn't i see a big difference in my weight in the coming weeks ?
