I'm 15, around 156 lbs, and 5'4" tall. I want to get down to about 130 lbs maybe by summer. Right now my diet goes kinda like this...
Breakfast- 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios with1 cup of fat free milk (6:30)
Lunch- what ever lunch it as school or sometimes nothing (12:00)
Between lunch and dinner- 6 cups of water, 2 carrots, an orange, an apple
Dinner- Chicken, brown rice, and some different vegetables
Should I be eating more or less than this? More protien, fiber, etc? Give me an axample of what a good diet to follow would be.
And for exercise, what should I do to burn fat? I have a basketball hoop, bike, and jump rope, but how much and how often should I be doing this stuff to get results thanks.
