Hello Everyone! My name is Bill!
I am a 5'11 male who has had a weight problem for a long time. I am currently 18 years of age and have always been big. At my highest weight, I was 212lbs (June 2013). I am currently 163lbs and need the help of this forum to help me fight the flab! I feel like every time I look at myself, I've gotten fatter! Anyway, yeah, my goal weight is 140lbs so hopefully this will help and I can get to that! I'd love that so much!!! The problem for me is that I can't run on the treadmill due to a particular muscle injury. Therefore, my course of action is usually to try and burn around 600 cals on the elliptical and then just restrict dietary calories to about 800-1000 cals worth of vegetables!
