Weight loss has slowed down?

I started exercising a lot (running and biking) in May last year, and by November, I had lost about 15-20 pounds.

I'm 5'4" and went from 155 to 135. Since November, I've probably only lost 1-2 pounds. I'm not at the point of having a flat stomach yet and so I still want to get myself down to that, probably somewhere around 125 I'd imagine.

I don't really lift weights, apart from doing pushups and situps every other morning.

Any thoughts on why this could be? Does it normally slow down or is it just a sign of me not exercising as much? I run 4-5 miles 3-4 times a week now, it might have been a little more in the fall when it was warmer and I could go biking, which was when I had worked up to about 50 mile trips.

Any tips?

Well, as you get thinner the weight loss gets slower. Aside from that maybe you need to look at increasing the intensity of your exercise and lowering your calories. Also, why do you not do weight training? I would definitely add some of that. You'd be amazed at what it can do for your shape.
