Welcome Brian. I used to play football when I was in high school and I used to lose weight during two-a-days. Running around in football pads for 6 hours a day was a pretty solid way to lose weight.

Anyway, you look like you're pretty tall, as your almost as tall as the doorway behind you, so you're probably going to weigh a little more than us short folk. I would just try running a little bit more, cutting out junk food and just eating a little better. I remember when I still played football, all I did was eat crappy foods. Pizza, burgers...pizza burgers.

FYI - You're running low on toilet paper. Time to change the roll!!!

you do not need supplement
you do need to read around the forum - start in nutrition with the stickied threads then move on to on topic
you are still a minor - so you also need to talk to your parents -guardians - whomever does the feeding of you about your goals

Start reading then do ask questions on what you've read

thank you for the help and i will go check. what type of exercising have you all found out helps you loose weight the most

When I still played baseball, I used to cut weight like crazy during pre-season conditioning. We would jog a mile before practice every single day and then follow it up with a bunch of different "running" exercises: shuffles, cone drills, suicides, etc.

Then, after practice and workouts, we would do more hardcore running drills. We had this one drill called "7 Innings", but I won't bother explaining it, as it was just sprinting...A LOT of sprinting.

Personally, I've always lost weight while running. It's a great workout for your heart, lungs and just about every single muscle in your body. I would try running some more than you usually do. I'm not saying it will work for you in the same way it works for me, but it's worth a shot.

well this week i ran mon- wen and monday ran 4.6 miles and then did a few laps in the pool. tuesday i ran 7 miles and wens i ran 2.5 and wieght lifted. i lost a few pounds and am at 294 maybe a little less i ate before i wieghed in so around there. i am also looking at taking cullucor wieght loss program just looking at review but even though it seems i havent lost much you can really tell i have so im guessing it may be a build of muscle not little fat loss. well ill keep everyone updated and pics soon

Hey Brian!

It looks like you defintely have a good exercise routine, so if your trying to lose weight maybe keeping track of what you eat would help, try and post it, and see if others can offer advice, I know diet for me is the main weight shifter!

Good luck!
