okay i am 15 and i weight 230ish. I am 6 feet tall and i want to lose some weight but I've tried everything.I've been working out every day and i don't eat that much junk food to begin with but so far I've seen very slow difference and I've heard storys of people losing 20 lbs in a month. but I've actually gained weight. what am i doing wrong? and how can i make my weight loss faster?

Thanks

What are you doing wrong? Well, you are eating too much.

It is quite possible to gain weight by eating good healthy food, but too much of it. So, what you have to do is start counting your calories. Sign up for a free account at Fitday.com or another online diet journal. Determine the calories required to maintain your current weight and limit your calorie intake to 500 calories less than that. This will result in a loss of about 1 pound per week. Here us a site which has a calculator for assessing your calorie requirements.

It wouldn't be a good idea to lose weight too fast at your age, because you are still growing.
