Hello,


I have always been a bit overweight, and recently I got into an argument with a friend who commented on my weight, and I decided I'm sick of feeling like this. I'm going to put everything I have into this, and hopefully gain some confidence along the way.


I've just started a blog on blogger to keep track of my progress and let friends and family tune in for the ride.


I would really appreciate some help from those more experienced users.
