Weight loss diet:

Sorry for flooding the boards tonight with topics!

I am determined to lose the last 20 pounds of my goal and need some last minute help as I plan my summer routine.

I am still hovering around a weight I do not want. I have lost over 40 pounds in the last 6 months, but havnt lost a pound in the last month alone. I workout, religiously (both cardio and lifting)

I have a decent diet, but it could be improved. I just made a little chart to pick from during the day, maybe you guys could give me some healthy (and quick, I am usually on the run and busy) foods to eat during the day.

pay me a consultant fee of $150 an hour and I'll design your stuff for you.

otherwise, this is a forum. do a search, spend some time researching, try to design your own meal plan, then post that, and most of us will be happy to comment and critique it.

we don't paid enough to be your free personal trainer
 
I guess my post was misleading, I didn't want an entire diet, just some ideas. I'll thumb through those sites when I get back from class though, thanks.
