Hello Everyone,

I'm new here. I would like some advice on what foods to eat. I eat same old stuff: Chicken stir fry, toast with butter, some fruit & alot of cereal
Shreddies, Shreded wheat, mostly Bran Flakes also have some fruit & takeaways bout once every 2 weeks.

I walk everyday & have just started doing 'Bob Harper's weight loss yoga' dvd & T25 Focus workout(i do 1 workout a day) I really want to lose some
weight. My chunky Thighs & calves are really getting me down so it's time i did something about it. I think these workouts are pretty good. I really need some meal plans though. Please don't say porridge(everyone does) i get really bloated after i eat that. Oh and someone said i shouldn't have bread at all as this causes the chunky calves & thighs is this true? I've always had wholemeal brown bread so i usually just tell myself it's healthy

Any help would be appreciated

First how do you want to eat? I mean do you want to have meat or not? If so what kind of meats. I decided that the only meat I would eat is Salmon because of its high food value. Start learning about what foods are valuable to your body along with think about what changes you want to make. I lost a hundred pounds eating fruit and veggies and salmon twice a week. For me its best to keep it simple not complex. Of course strong cardio help. I found a heart monitor and fitbit helpful. I am one of those people that will say I am working hard on the treadmill and my heart rate will be 90. The monitor makes it impossible to do that.
