Weight Loss Chart problems >.<

Hi everyone

can anyone tell me how to update the weightloss chart because mine doesn't seem to wanna let me >.<
I press Update Progress and ti just refreshes the page with no option to update >.<

the dates it shows are Apr 2/07 - Apr 8/07 aswell and I have lost weight since 2nd

Plz help
 
I can get mine to change but the red bar doesn't move >.<
it just move the red blob onto another weight level
