Weight Loss and the after effects.

Hey I am new to the site. My name is Adam and I am 18 years old.

About 5 months ago I decided to make a lifestyle change, at the time I weighed 290-300 pnds and was 5"11. As I post this I am currently at 260, 5"11. I feel great, I eat healthy, go to the gym 3-4 days a week, go for a 30 minute run every night. Lately I have been troubled by the thought of excess skin. Im not a weak guy, I have put alot more muscle on from going to the gym, I follow my friends football workout guide and have seen increases in what I am lifting weight wise.

When I lose this fat I am afraid that I won't be able to afford the surgery to remove the excess skin. Are there other ways to get rid of it? I know building muscle can help fill up some of the space, what area I am mainly concerned about is my chest and stomach area.

Has anyone else been in the same boat?


I don't have any body shots but I do have face pictures so far to show some progress. Hopefully I can get a camera to start tracking more progress.
