Hello everybody!
Well, i stumbled on this forum by searching some for some good work out techniques on Google, and I am glad I did.
I am a semi-heavy pot smoker who recently started working-out almost daily, and though I do not feel like it is affecting my lung capacity much, I was wondering if smoking marijuana has other affects on my body? I do about 200 push ups daily, about 50-75 crunches, and 20-35 minutes of jump rope, depending on the day. Will smoking Marijuana somehow slow down my muscle recovery for the next day? or will it not have any adverse affects on my body?
I mean, I enjoy smoking weed, but if it is going to get in the way of my goal, I will have to stop that habit.
