Not really sure where to put this but this is the closest forum so here we go.
About 2 years ago I had a really bad shoulder injury where they ended up doing a bunch of work done on my shoulder. I can't even name it all. I have some tendons reattached and since all of that I have lost 25% rang of motion on my left shoulder.
Since my injury and surgery I have put on not a lot of weight but a little weight where the uniform doesn't fit like it used to and I am trying to my normal weight. My job requires me to be in good physical health and I'm trying to get back down to what I feel comfortable at. I have never been one that is good on a diet I just eat what I want and from working and my recreational activities I have kept the weight off. I would like to know what a good diet is and how to hopefully maintain a good active weight as I approach my 30's. I know that everyone says that a good is key.
I guess my question is what is a good diet to follow when you are working from 7pm till 4am and are on the go the entire time.
