Weight loss advice for someone with damaged ankle

Hi all,

I want to lose a bit of weight around my stomach/hip area but unfortunately can't run at the moment as I have done most of my ankle ligaments in from falling down the stairs.

I can walk without too much pain, but cannot put all my weight on my left ankle for long period of time.

I do not have a gym membership currently and need something I can do in my house/outside.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
