I was bad and had two cups of coffee with cream and sugar today.
But I can't live w/o it.

For lunch, I had a garden salad with grilled chicken tips and bottled water.
Pretty light for me!

I resisted the urge for Oreos. :mad:
 
dont cut out eht hings that you cant live without. this is a lifestyle change - not just a fad. you need to be able to keep it up forever . well done for resisting the oreos though :)
are you counting your calories - or how are you measuring your weight losss
 
That's what I came here for. I'm kind of clueless when it comes to counting calories and such. I was hoping for some tips/aid/help.

it will tell you how many calories you should be eating each day and how many you burn off each day
you can enter the food you eat each day and the exercise you do and it will calculate it for you and keep it as a sort of diary
to lose one pound a week you need to be burning off 500 calories more than you eat - every day
so if you ate 1500 cals then you need to have burnt off 2000 that day
hope that makes sense - i use fitday and i think it is amazing
 
Hi, welcome to the Forum! I agree with Sophie - don't cut out things you feel you MUST have. You can cut back on them if you feel you should, but cutting stuff out usually just means you'll go running straight for it and overindulge when you get a bad craving!
