Weight Gaining

Hi,

I was just wondering what weight gainers a person that is underweight (im 6'1 and 135 lbs), should buy to gain weight. Im looking to gain between 20-30 pounds. I have been going to Work Out World as of Wednesday. Any recommendations??

Regular food is where it's at. You get A LOT more food (and calories) for your money.

i thought just like u man .. like wow i need this weight gainer, but it got me really fat, becuase its loaded with fat and sugar and all bad stuff too.. just eat lots of normal food..
