weight decreased but still same belly fat?

OK~!! I started doing excercise around late October and still continuing.

I do 5 times a week and that includes cardio, push ups, sit ups.
For cardio, I do 40 min and always try to reach the 500 cal. while running (5mph). I do about 50 push ups and around 100 sit ups.

So from 182 lbs, my weight went down to 166 lbs. I changed my diet too.
Breakfast and lunch I eat normally. Dinner I eat white yolk of the egg, tuna, and veggies. That's everyday for dinner.

Then Why??? is my belly still around my stomach... I mean, will it go away eventually? I see no improvement around my ab area.

Or am I doing somethin' Wrong? Any advices? ;)

Typically we're pre-diagnosed to store more fat in some places than others. Give it a bit more time; don't give up.

If you continue your routine, it will go away eventually. Its all a matter of where your body likes to grab fat from first.

And just as a side recommendation...you may want to switch from the high rep ab work to some weighted ab exercises with fewer reps. Ive gotten much better results from fewer reps with weight than I have with higher reps with no weight. This wont help you to get rid of fat, it will just be a better muscle workout, imo. Just a thought...feel free to ignore.

my main question is what the "white yolk" of an egg is.

you know that the white has less fat, and all the protien, and the yellow/yolk has little protien and high fat and very very high cholesterol. by the way it fine to eat lot and lots of egg whites, but if you eat too many of the yolks you'll get egg bound. (that means you cant poop)

next - you need to always be "stepping it up a notch" set goals in your training, if you keep doing the same thing your body will get used to it, get faster and faster, and the weight will go. its not so much about how far you run, its how musch energy you burn...
so if your muscles are biger and stronger and your heart is fitter and you have lost weight (so there is less of you for your legs to lug around) you will use less energy to run

Late Oct. is slightly over two months now. Give yourself more time. Continue with the exercises and add more variety as well e.g. crunches, obliques etc.
