Hello everyone.... Yes its me Chelle...

My mother, weigh2fat, seems to be unable to post a thread so, i have started one for her..:)

so here is a bit about her to start with..

I picked her name some months ago now, so dont be too shocked when you see her ticker as she is about 4-5 kg away from refeed.. lucky duck.. this is weigh2fat's 2nd cohens program.. Completed the first successfully but due to operations, medication and caring for her terminally ill SIL (Yes, a nice one) and then the following year her mother the weight crept back on..

I think weigh2fat's official start weight was 74.4kg but mum can fill you in on all those details when she next logs on...

well as always the children beckon.. So i shall leave the rest of the posting for weig2fat to finish..

Good luck mum and thanks for the support...

weigh2fat- Well done! Now I can really welcome you to the forum. I was new to forums when I first started my diary & didn't even realise it was a "blog" until someone said "I like your blog" Duh! It's exciting that you are so close to re-feed again. I'm going to see if I can drop an extra few kgs this time 'round before I start mine. I'm in 2 minds whether I will re-introduce bread at all or fiddle with it to make it slower. I might email my clinic & ask what they think. That was an excellent post in answer to the deviation/re-feed thread. See, you are more techno savvy than you thought! It's like everything, just practice. If you don't have time it just takes longer to get the hang of it. I, on the other hand, have plenty of time...... but no income of my own.
Cheers for now, Cate
