Hi everyone. This weeks goal comes from Kccruz! For anyone who doesn't know, these are just small weekly goals to add a little challenge for anyone who wants it. Starting this week, I am keeping track of who completes the challenges every week and will make a cute graphic award for that person to put in their signature. I haven't set an end date yet, but I'm thinking 2 to 3 months for each cycle.
Okay here is your goal for this week:
Basic goal:
Exercise (any way you want to) for at least 30 minutes 3 times this week. Post in when you have completed the goal.
Intermediate goal (for those of you who already exercise this much regularly):
Add 10 extra minutes of exercise to your normal routine at least 3 times this week. So at least 40 minutes of exercise three times this week, or more if you can do it.
Next Sunday is the cut off date for this goal so be sure to post in if you complete it! Good luck Everyone!
