Hi guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone else felt as I do in relation to weekends being harder than normal with eating well etc.
I find my week days are easy because they're so structured. I get up at 7AM, have breakfast, goto work for 8AM, eat lunch at 1PM, go home at 4PM, eat dinner at 6-7PM then go to the gym.
With the weekends I find that it's a lot harder, I don't tend to each proper meals and, subsequently, end up eating rubbish because I end up feeling hungry.
It's annoying because I always feel really good during the week but the weekends seem to get me down.
Any advice etc. would be appreciated.
