Wedding Weight - So fun!

Hello everyone,

I am in desperate need of some sort of support to help me stay on track. I lost ten pounds last year and after having surgery this August, I gained it back plus 5 pounds. I just cannot seem to get to get motivated or stay on track. I thought that hopefully I could connect with someone in a similar boat so we could help each other. Right now I am 158 and I would like to be 130 so I have 28 pounds to loose. I would like to try to loose 15 by May, stay on my exercise program and keep a food journal.

I am getting married next June so I have more than a year to get myself into shape. Anyone that is willing to partner up, I would love to!

I just feel so round and really would like to get to a place where I like my body.

take it day by day and be consistent with your habits and you will get there...

Spend some time reading around the forum - especially the stickied threads in on topic, nutrition and exercise -they will give you a good base of information for putting together an exercise plan and a reasonable food plan.

Start yourself a diary below - it's one method of getitng support and for other members to get to know you - check the club and challenges forums for osme added incentive to keep yourself on track..
