weather..

. well. its 2 rainy and snowy 2 run in. wen i run in it i get a bad head... so im just woundering, i dont have any equipment apart from weights.. what could i do in the house to replace the running.. is jogging on the spot good?

and do these fitness DVD's really work?
 
Stationary jogging leads to a great deal of joint strain and compression...try something like a bodyweight circuit or complex, or dumbbell tabatas (Testosterone Nation. If you've never done these before, you'll be thanking me later ;)
