Weak Wrists

Okay, this might be a stupid question.

I've had weak wrists for quite a while (used to do gymanstics). I forgot about it until I started to do gymnastics again. I'm trying to lose weight, which I hope will help (less stress on wrists, etc.) but is there anything else I can do to make them stronger?

I know it's an odd questions, but I don't know if it's muscles involved, or joints, etc., that cause wrists to be weak, so thanks in advance for any advice!

If you have sore wrists from gymnastics it is not a muscular issue. There are small bones in the wrist which you have aggravated from years of gymnastics. I am the exact same way from years of gymnastics. If you take an xray of your hand/wrist you'd see osteoarthritis in the bones. The best thing you can do is support your wrists with tape and avoid activities that are hard on the wrists (i.e. gymnastics)
