Iam having trouble doing any decent workout for shoulders. I always seem suffer from pinched nerve anytime I attempt shoulder excercises. If I ignore and push through, I am practically incapacitated around the neck region, unable to turn freely.
It has gotten worse in the last year or so and Ive become very tentative when it comes to shoulders. Since Ive been deligently working out over a year, Iam starting to notice lack of balance around my neck and shoulder area as a result of this.
How do I get over the pinch nerve problem? My form is ok.. I just cant seem to lift heavy without pinching. Physicaly I know I can lift a lot more than what I do now. Please advice...
