Hello
I have a husband who definitely does NOT need to lose any weight however I would like to lose about 20 lbs.
is there a way to accomplish this without doing 2 separate meals everyday?

Yes, there is. Achieving meaningful fat loss comes as a result of three things:

1) Diet: you should be spreading out your meals during the day, as opposed to eating just one or two big meals a day.
