We Ain’t Living Longer? We Are Living Larger!
... And The First Person To Convince Is You!

MY writings are not linked to any particular organization of thoughtful, thought-out pattern of thinkers.
The written information is not based all on scientific/medical research or human behavioral studies.
What is presented is from twenty years of working with people who have struggled with their bodyweight accumulation and living with the idea that their weight problem is exclusive and that he or she is the only one with this problem.
Do The Math: The earth population is...so you not alone, and still has someone who cares? YOU!

Onward my friend...
“The instinctual awareness of one’s character can lead to one’s outer consciousness…this is an important distinction and not a distraction.”
When we can do this, and for many it is hard to do, we will sense “new-health” by taking in a breath-of-fresh life.
…And in that one-breath is the present-health of the whole human-body.

Come on now…
It is not “what” made us fat?
Neither is it “how” we got fat?
It all about “WHO” is making us fat?
And it will take “who-that” that can/will make us loose the fat?

There is a larger meaning that renders our problematic health situations in seeing the solution; it is not “what” but “who” is making us unhealthy in reference to unwanted accumulated body-weight and “who” will makes us healthy now?
When we make the time to look deeply at our present-health with no opinion, no judgment, no knowledge, just look, we might sense a journey that takes us within ourselves? The Path-Of-Least Resistance is letting-go, adding on and letting go...just like the way we breathe. To make breathing fresh and new, you need to let-it-go. Apply this to your way of thinking. Free-up your mind and give space.

As you read on, Please keep an open-heart so that you will be able to grasp what is presented.
When working with individual/groups I use the word "fat" because changing peoples lives in regards to their health circunstances means i need to penertrate either gradually or for some immediately.
By the way, I had my bouts with being over-weight so I ain't just talking "bubbles."

We are the results of what we have been from the past by remaining the same in the present. It is our history that contributes to our misery at this moment.
We are now becoming “well-rounded” citizens that display the “shape” of things to come that, which actually is already here in the flesh.

Throughout the nation, there is an outgrowth of disease, disabilities, dissatisfaction and discrimination that all take part in the deteriorating and destruction of human-health of those living with being overweight.
The problem(s) of human-health in regards to “fat” is not the “word” but the “intent” in the relationship with the word which creates a problem or problems.
This problem extends out and becomes a family and community health situation living right and well.
The human-body is not without "fat" for it is an essential working part of the bodily-function.
The "fat" that is displayed outwardly in the community is time-consumed and by-product accumulated.
When our weight becomes a health issue it must be addressed immediately before it turns into physical-tissues
called "fat."
By then if not appropriately addressed espeically for children/teens there will be situations that -
FAT – You either wear it well or it wears you out and can tell.

FAT…It is one of the nastiest words when discussing human-health and physical wellness.
You could scare the “poising-trunks” off of a body-builder when asking – “are you getting fat?”
But it is not only from those active muscle bulking enthusiasts.
The same reactions will be much the same when the questioned is posed to other fitness buffs.

Being “fat” shows it all and becoming overweight says it more and a bit louder.
There is now an urgent need for openness, freedom and liberation of understanding one’s self-knowledge; the “belief” versus the “behavior” reflects truth – the wisdom is in the movement(s).
To know human-health is to understand human action.
It will begin by replacing the bad-habit-movement(s) with healthy physical-action
The first habit to break...the habit of thought and to replace it with slow-deep-breathing.
Taking your journey of health one-breath-at-a-time.
