Knee pain is often caused by either a one-time acute injury or repetitive motions that stress the knee over time. There are steps one can take to avoid knee pain and injuries. I am looking for suggestions (based on research) on how to avoid knee pain and injuries and alleviate pain once a knee injury occurs.
