Yes. drink water. Also... you can eat smaller meals through the day.
or when you're hungry fill up on lots of very low calorie foods, which mostly include vegetables. It is also thought that exercise helps reduce your overall appetite.

Monster is right. I drink on average 128 ounces (a gallon) a day of water. I just simply can't eat as much as I used to because of that alone!
Also, I'm less hungry if I eat 6 small meals a day like I do now. I used to eat fewer meals of larger size and I felt hungrier between meals. But that's just me. Having enough fiber in your diet is a great help as well. You feel fuller longer. (I love black rice.)

Try these things and listen to the advice of others and see how you feel.

One of the biggest rewards in life is learning about yourself.

One of the ways I managed to lose almost 50 pounds was to never feel hungry (for the most part). I did this by making lot's of low-calorie, high-volume food available to me. Celery with mini laughing cow (light) cheese (35 cals each), I can eat 3 wedges (about 100 calories) and use about 8 sticks of celery, very filling.. sugar free jello, made with diet soda instead of water (very flavorful, only 80 calories in the whole batch!)...hard-boiled eggs (eating whites only).. this is a big one. Egg whites are 100% protien-calories, very satisfying after eating 4-5, and one egg white is only 20 calories. If I had to sit and wait between meals I would be miserable. Now I just snack on these things to keep full... good luck!
