Hi all

i'm new to the forum and hope to gain a lot of advice here. i don't play any sports but i work out at the gym on a regular basis and go on weekly hikes. i have been training at the gym now for over a year now and am very happy with how fit i have gotten yet i still have further to go. i'm hoping to one day become an alpine mountaineer so the sort of fitness i'm aiming for is a good amount of strength and tough endurance in cardio exercises.
